History

Mr. Ignacio graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1992. After 12 years of learning from older, more experienced defense attorneys, Mr. Ignacio started his own practice in 2003, with 2 law partners. When one of his partners became a State judge, thus ending the partnership, Mr. Ignacio decided to continue on as a solo practitioner in the same field in 2016.

Mr. Ignacio possesses 25 years of battle-tested jury trial experience in criminal defense. He has handled cases ranging from minor petty misdemeanors to murder and complex Federal conspiracies. He has successfully resolved cases at every stage of the process up to and including jury trial and appeal, pretrial negotiation, Grand Jury investigation, and other law-enforcement pre-charge defense.
