I have never had any problem at Hawaii USA FCU. The lines move quickly, and I usually go in when the lines are shorter. They have the best rates on loans; the personnel are friendly and helpful....

The bank tellers here are very rude and not helpful. I would go to the Pearl City branch or any other branch but here.
