It was nice to come upon a HIC outlet but the prices in the store were more like retail store prices. Selection was slim with prices still high. They did not have a big selection of HIC products...

The worst customer service.None of the workers bother to say hello or even look up to acknowledge you! I can be 1 feet away from the counter! Don't work in retail if you can't socialize!!!
