Functional Yogaholic Sue Ellen is an authorized level 2 traditional Ashtanga yoga teacher of Sharath Jois Yoga Centre and has been going on yearly pilgrimages to India since 2013. She received certification by Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200 and YACEP in 2013 and ever since, she has dedicated herself to develop the yoga community in Cairo, Egypt. A nature and beach lover, she moved to Hawaii in 2020 where she currently resides and teaches. Her teaching style is friendly with a lot of focus on alignment and breath.

In Hawai'i, my wife and I have embraced Hawaiian music and dance (Hula). My wife and I play with local na kanikapila at least twice a week as well as performing with 'ukulele ensembles on the island. My wife dances with a hālau hula (hula school) that has presented at the Merrie Monarch Hula Festival
