After Dr. Wrobel retired, they changed their policies and service. It is terrible! They charge you for everything and are very inflexible. Do not recommend going here anymore!

Update: Dr. Wrobel is retiring but I met the new doctor today and she is thorough and good. We will continue driving in from the windward side to go here.
