Who better to visit when on the Big Island of Hawaii but the Natives! Learn how to surf the Kona style waves with our 'ohana (family) of Hawaiian watermen. Located in the Heart of Kailua-Kona on Ali'i Drive. HLSI proudly works with the National Make A Wish Foundation, Special Olympics, and Surf For Special Needs Hawaii non-profit year round.

Great experience, very friendly and knowledgeable. Good idea to get there early to get more surf time. When you get to the beach, park by the small blue church.
