Isn't this supposed to be Hawaii Kai Towne Center? The address is right, I think. Maybe Hawaii Kai Towne Center is where Costco / Burger King is, and Hawaii Kai Shopping Center is where the Longs...

I am guessing that the owners and Property Manager dont care what this parking looks like. No lines to keep the drivers on their own side of the road. No lines so everyone parks by memory, lol....
