Awesome staff but the process of buying was torture. Once you get in the security is great, the location is great and the grounds and environment is really safer, secure and friendly.

We stayed here for almost a month after moving here in August 2018. There are security guards on site 24/7 and the neighbors all seem friendly. The frogs are loud at night, but it didn't bother me...
