I think the previous reviewer is confusing the Hawaii Dental Associaton (HDA) with "Hawaii Dental Services" (HDS). HDS is a dental insurance company, affiliated with Delta Dental insurance. HDA...

Of all the dental plans in the state including HMSA this one has the most dentists under it. I really haven't had any issues or problems with the plans and consider it the best of what I can get here.
