Because Hawaii is such a desirable vacation destination, and it was a nice fit with my existing travel-related businesses, car rentals seemed like a good compliment to my other Hawaii vacation travel related websites. I always strive to not only develop and improve the website, but most importantly to improve my customer's experience every time they visit. I believe communication is key to any successful business, and since I'm connected all the time via my office computer as well as an iPhone, I'm able to respond to customers email questions almost as soon as they arrive in my inbox.
