History

I started out on Maui in 1991 and I have worked in many different environments and with many different cuisine's and I have been a vegetarian my entire life and am very familiar with and have worked in the Natural Food field as well as the not so natural food world. Pastries, breads/bagels, cookies, Cakes of all kinds, even Pizza! I owned and operated my own Cheesecake business on Maui for almost 5 years. I am very clean, very talented, very motivated, honest & dependable, very creative, pay attention to fine detail and perfection!
