History

The Long and the Short of it. I bought a food truck. For years friends have sat by and listened to me daydream about having my own restaurant. But I could never pull the trigger. The timing or the budget or the location.....something was always not-quite-right. I have been waiting 10 years for the perfect opportunity. Biding my time, plotting and taste-testing and dreaming. And then suddenly, when I least expected it, everything just fell into place: The owners of a coffee truck were moving off island and selling their business. I am sliding behind the wheel and taking over where they left off. Turnkey, baby. After 25 years in the food service industry, and 15 years of hosting huge dinner parties, I am ready to take this show on the road. And I am really excited. I try to offer something for everyone, hope you will stop by and visit. Welcome to Gypsy. Comfort food with a taste for adventure. Home cooked meals for the wandering spirit. Feed. Your. Soul.

We feature Maui grown coffee, and hand crafted espresso and coffee drinks - including the Gypsy, our twist on the bulletproof style coffee. Also serving smoothies, italian sodas, and a small, ever-changing menu of light fare including bagels, and baked goods, salads and paninis. Catering available!
