They do not answer the phone and do not listen to voice messages. Then you go there and they tell you that their next appointment is in 2 days.

If you have a better place to go for service, I suggest you go to another location other that Good Year in Mililani. If you do go there, expect to get ripped off and pay for parts and services...

Would have given zero stars if I could. Very bad service (they lie to you). Made an appointment to change 4 of my tires. Appointment was at 10 am arrived at 9:45 am and was told 11/2 to 2 hours....

Started with answering the phone quickly and being able to get me an appointment that afternoon. They were so nice on the phone and in person! Really respected my time and helped me out a ton....
