the FOOD was a 4 1/2 - amazing eats! see below..... as for organization, thats a 2 or maybe a 3.... i actually ate / tried all of these things::: - seared fish with orzo - roasted garlic...

I love Garlic & was super excited for this festival. However, it was actually much smaller than I had anticipated. I was lucky to have arrived early, so the lines were not that much a problem...
