We like to think of our studio as a zen den. With as many plants as we can fit in the space, dim lighting, and essential oils diffused throughout, we try to create a meditative feel for you to enjoy. Our studio has a full restroom with a private shower, a filtered water fill up station to keep you hydrated, and complimentary towel service. We're open daily from 8am-3pm and offer drop ins, memberships, packs, and private rentals. So stop by to optimize your overall health, wellbeing, and state of mind!
