Their sushi Very very very fresh and delicious. Special their Uni and Amaebi, we all love them. I think Fuji will be one of our top 5 restaurants in Hawaii. We will definitely come again.

Dinner was very good, I wish we tried this place sooner. We ordered 6 or 7 rolls of sushi, oyster and uni shooters. My daughter in-law got a salmon do but I bowl that she loved!
