Established in 2003, PCSI provides a wide range of specialized consulting services for clients in Hawaii and the Pacific Region, including archaeology, environmental studies and geospatial data management. PCSI is an employee-owned firm, directed by seasoned, professional consultants with over 35 years experience each. Our highly qualified staff of scientists, engineers and managers has an average of over 20 years experience supporting planning, investigation, research, development and conservation projects in Hawaii. Many of PCSI's personnel formerly worked for government regulatory organizations, providing us with an excellent understanding of the most effective approaches for meeting our clients' regulatory compliance needs. PCSI's jobs range from relatively small monitoring projects costing a few thousand dollars, to complex surveys in remote areas spanning several years with budgets exceeding $1 million.
