I appreciated the quality of the fresh fish and the complexity and generous serving of marinade so it soaked in the the rice. The rice portion was generous as well and served steaming hot.

The food is outstanding. Highly recommend the spicy mayo salmon or garlic seared shoyu salmon. Both are amazing. Service can be slow as it's only one person working the truck. But it's worth the wait.
