This is a pretty good bank, as far as banks go. The interest rates are pretty low, but their atm's and branches are everywhere (worthwhile) in Hawaii. Just avoid going to this branch past 3:00...

They denied a dispute on a fraudulent transaction stating they are not liable although they are bonded and have insurance. They allowed the transaction to go through even though we disputed it...

Very nice bank small but yet convenient and easy to get stuff done as it wasn't very busy. the tellers are friendly and sharp. Very helpful

Waikoloa is not a huge town. It's called a village for a reason. But that won't stop this bank from acting as corporate and stick-up-the-kiester as possible. Although we live just a few blocks...
