The bank is slow and the tellers are very rude. Not sure y the kihei location is closed on weekends makes it very inconvenient to dry to town just to go pay rent

If I didn't have to do my elderly parents banking I would NEVER come here. The bank with a never ending long line and constant "teller in training."

Horrible customer service......don't care that the wait line is too long, they sit around and talk while customers are waiting... Business tellers are sitting and looking around while there were...
