They wait till the appointment is over to call and tell you that they're charging a missed visit fee. Why not call 5-10min into the appointment?

Dave sucks. Can't hear him during appointments because his Zoom constantly cuts in and out. Constantly send prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy.
