Emily Presley, LMT

History

Emily has been practicing bodywork since 2009, when she completed her initial training in Massage and Energy Healing. Since then, she has continued to develop her education with hundreds of hours of formal and informal training. Modalities of specialty study have included Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki (I and II), Shiatsu, Pregnancy Massage, Polarity Therapy. Emily is in an ongoing apprenticeship with Master Sang Kim of the SUN SHEN Tai-Chi Lineage, learning the inherited healing system. The SUN SHEN system incorporates physical bodywork as well as life coaching. Emily has been practicing on Kauai since 2013.

It combines energy healing, gentle bone and joint mobilization, and meridian-based massage to resolve stress, tension and trauma stored in your nervous system, fascia and muscles. The results are typically longer lasting than massage, and often can be life transforming. Emily Presleys life coaching helps clients find the clarity they need to take action. Using a process of deep listening, her natural empathy and her unique skill in actionable problem solving, clients leave feeling grounded and empowered to take the next step. Because each next action comes from an understanding of all the perceived problems of ones life, each small step feels like it is resolving the whole problem. Overall, clients report feeling more relaxed, more like themselves, and more motivated to build the life they want to live.
