Bringing updated classical Asian flavors fused into traditionally Southern style meats to O'ahu! We are a food truck that appears on the streets of Honolulu from time to time, and always shows up to Eat the Street! We do a lot of catering and there's almost nothing we can't do!

First time hearing about and trying this. The taste was amazing. Had the brisket and the ribs. The ribs was soft and fell off the bone. Both items had a tasty Asian fusion taste.
