Urgent is definitely not the word. Sat in a tiny room for an hour for 3 minutes with someone. I think the leave you in the tiny room till you self heal. I'm thinking.

Will make you wait outside and treat you outside in a parking lot full of people for all to see. Absolutely embarrassing and no privacy.
