D Green's BBQ has been a dream of Chef Green's since he was a kid. Though he's gotten an opportunity to cook and create different kinds of food in his professional career, BBQ has been his passion since he was tall enough to look over the edge of a Weber (over 30 years!). He's been inspired by all the different kinds of BBQ across the US and incorporated his favorite parts of each to craft his technique and create his signature rubs and sauces. My mother, boyfriend, and I visited D Greens BBQ a few days ago since another yelp review recommended and WOW we are so grateful we did!! We wanted to try everything so we ordered the combo boxes....

Aloha Yelpies !!! You've been all over the island and tried all sorts of want to be BBQ and wasn't impressed... Right !! I too thought this was it then my wife and I stopped over here to find...

The brisket is so tender and the medium sauce is perfectly spicy. Darrin is super personable and overall had a great experience! I highly recommend:)

D-Green is the man when it comes to authentic BBQ on the island! The ribs had a great smoke ring and a fantastic taste! The chicken was outstanding. It had a great smokey but overbearing flavor....
