We are on the GREENLIST FOR MANTA RAY TOURS. ONLY CHOOSE A COMPANY THAT IS REGISTERED FOR SAFETY OF THE MANTA RAYS on the Green List. Morning Dolphin charters take you up the Kailua Kona coast to a pod of wild dolphins, usually 100 plus. Snorkel with them right next to you. Lunch & snacks included. Easy to find, park, and prep for! We got to see a rainbow on the way to our Snorkel Spot, and once there we hopped in and were surprised how warm the waters were! Almost immediately we saw 2 manta...

I think my kid said it best when he rated it a solid 3.9 stars. Listen, overall, we came to see manta rays...and we saw manta rays. They were so serene and beautiful - not scary in the least....
