Very intimidating environment for me as I don't speak nor read Japanese well anymore... but they were very helpful and speaks to you in English as needed. They have a very detailed example sheet...

Well on Yelp and their website it said that were open. I drove all the way into town only to have the security guard inform me that they were closed.
