Coldwell Banker Concierge is the company s program, designed to help the customer manage the details of home buying and selling. It also offers various services, including the property management, rehabilitation and maintenance, listing, sale and closing of corporate-owned properties for the island of Oahu, occupancy and damage reports, supervised refurbishment, contract presentation, weekly inspections, expedited invoice payment and billing, and consultations on the judicial and nonjudicial foreclosure processes involved. The company also offers relocation services, vacation rentals and home loan services.
