Cool place to hang out downtown Kona. Check out Kona Divers for some good adventures. On the Rocks for Decent food and a million dollar view. (Happy hour is 3-5 and pretty much a steal.)
The parking lot says it is for Coconut Grove but you will get a ticket and no, we did not stay over two hours or leave the marketplace. There are NO clear signs stating these rules and the locals...
