I walked into Coach bag shop at the Ala Moana Shopping Center to look for a small bag to hold my cigars. I love the leather that they use for their bags. I was greeted by a really nice lady....

Customer Service is great but the items are either dirty or no tags (looked used). The manager is not helpful.
