Slow and grouchy customer service. Was lunch time so I guess everybody was hangry. Waited for a while then waited longer for the lady to help me while I stood there waiting to weigh my boxes.

Needs better workers and a better system. I tried to fly a electric scooter out they declined and told me only way i can get it over is if i buy a plane ticket and take it over myself so i paid...
