They don't ever answer their phones! Over the past 3 months I've called almost every other day and left voicemails, but my calls were never returned. Very disappointing.

They never answer their phones! Why even post a contact number? Even when you choose a number to get directed to a case manager, the person still never answers. You choose "0" to speak to follow...

Basically would give them no stars if I could. Front desk lady is horrible, her attitude is so bad like she doesn't wanna work. She never answers the phone. Went in to get some help left the place...
