History

Booch + Coco is a Kombucha Cafe and Espresso bar located at 2250 Hana Highway in Haiku. We will offer 8 flavors of Pauwela Beverage Company Kombucha and Water Kefir on tap, an Italian style espresso bar with on-site fresh pressed coconut cream, organic, probiotic smoothie bowls and coconut ice cream kombucha floats.

Specialties

Kombucha and Water Kefir on tap! Eight flavors available, with seasonal specials rotating in. Espresso bar is designed in the traditional Italian style. The coconut cream used in all the drinks is freshly pressed, daily, on-site from 100% local Maui coconuts. From harvest to cream, you will taste the Maui grown coconut like you never have before. Smoothie bowls are simple, bright and packed full of seasonal fruits. Three varieties, acai, golden, and green, and one coconut yogurt parfait made from in-house coconut yogurt, will top off your morning routine. Feeling the heat? Cool off with a coconut ice cream Kombucha float or a coconut water shaved ice! We have savory foods, too! Frittatas and baked goods for the mornings and a full menu of hawaiian lunch and dinner specials. Musubis, pokes, mac salad, cucumber salad and bento boxes! Grab lunch in one of our reusable containers to take with you on the road to hana.
