Benefits By Design was founded by Mrs. Pattie Aranio in 2008 as the need for a firm to educate employees of their benefits programs was uncovered through working with with larger companies throughout the islands. Through this new found need Pattie Aranio was able to partner with leaders in the insurance industry and form a benefits consulting and enrollment company which tailors the benefits programs being offered to needs of their clients.
