HistoryI have been dancing for many years and it was through dance that I found Pilates in 2007. I finally had the opportunity to get my formal Pilates training & my certification through BASI Pilates in 2015 when I did my apprenticeship at the BASI headquarters in California.SpecialtiesMy name is Tammy Tolaas I am a BASI Pilates Instructor. I offer Pilates Privates, Duets, Semi-Privates, Mat Classes, Wunda Chair Classes, Reformer Classes, and Pilates Circuit Classes. Pilates is not only an approach to fitness it helps realign the body, aids in muscle balance, and strengthens the core. As a BASI Pilates instructor I often hear the feedback from clients that they felt challenged physically, thankful for the attention to detail, and that they leave the session feeling longer & taller!
