very bad bank impossible to have a human to answer your call no good staff I have trying to access my account but it didn't work

It is absolutely ridiculous that Bank of Hawaii has not modernized it's online banking. It makes the friendly in person service pale. I wish we could somehow force them to upgrade!!!!!

What's wrong with Bank of Hawaii?? I'll post more after I speak to a manager! I'm not sure but I'll let you know as soon as I get back to me!!
