This is exactly what we where looking for off the main path will loved the frogs other wildlife at night this is not a luxury hotel so if you what a pool and stuff not for you the beach parks...

Private guest wing on a salt water lagoon across from Hilo's favorite swimming beaches. Luxury ocean view accommodations for $165-$195 base rate, king beds, ensuite baths, free WiFi, flat screen TVs, common sitting room/lounge area, games, books, & generous Continental breakfast. Small refrigerators in room and board games and tea service available in common room. Triple room available. Beach towels, folding chairs, and umbrellas on hand. We do not accept children under 13. We provide discounts for four nights or more. Ceiling fans (no air conditioning). No access to kitchen.

Not as advertised. Upon arrival we were given a huge list of rules and procedures...I have never in the 15 years I have utilized B&Bs experienced that. The home, while beautiful, is not well...

I would not recommend this place, but not because of the amenities, but because of the host. The location of the b&b was great, however, the host was rude and made things very uncomfortable for us...
