History

Paul Sr came to the US from Germany in 1964 as a jeweler & model maker for Maui Divers. In 1965 he then went and worked for Sultan Co for about a year before leaving for Merle Boyer who helped Paul establish his company. In 1974 Paul & his sister Edith Park established Ingeborgs Goldsmith and in 1983 his sister retired and sold her share of the business to Paul which at that time he changed the name of the business to what it is known today Paul J Armbruster Goldsmith. In 1986 Paul's daughter Heidi joined the company and in 1994 Paul's son Paul Jr (Pauly) climbed on board. Pauls wife Esther is also a part of the company making sure everythings running in proper order cracking out the whip when she needs too Lol

Specialties

We are a family business with European training specializing in custom jewelry design and manufacturing working with all precious metals and some non precious metal work as well. We do everything from design work to carving wax by hand and/or CAD design, to casting, finishing, stone settings, custom Hawaiian jewelry engraving(done all by hand, no computer or machine engraved work), custom knife & gun engraving, all types of jewelry repair, & some minor watch repair & watch battery. All work is done on premises, customers items never leave the store! We have been in business since 1967 in Hawaii.
