The staff have been welcoming when I have encountered, one sweet lady is often cleaning. The dumbbells go above 80lb which is rare for AF locations. This gym has rarely had more than 12 people...

Fantastic place with plenty of parking available - just a good gym & simple workout place that has a trainers for the unmotivated types and everything but they know what they're doing overall good...
