I dropped my dog Maltese/ Pom mix off fo be groomed and when I picked her up I was shocked at her appearance. She looked like she had been shaved. It has been 3 days and she cant stop scratching....

Brought in our 8 lb Pomeranian 3 times. First 2 appointments were fine. Better than petco but nothing to really to note anything extra. They do a good job. Couldn't decide between 3 to 4 stars....
