A Joy of Movement Studio

We are a community yoga center for all beings everywhere to feel happy and free. People that come receive the gift of feeling amazing in their body and clarity in their mind. It is a safe space free of worries, work, bills to pay, and the everyday to do-list. It brings people closer in touch with their soul essence. Located in the heart of Princeville, Kauai. The studio offers morning yoga, meditation and sculpt classes. Waves Yoga Kauai also offers infrared sauna to rejuvenate the the body. Drop ins are welcome and we have visitor and new student promotions. Mats are available and there is plenty of parking. However, if you are in Princeville you can certainly stroll over on foot or bike.
