The 911 Memorial in Honolulu, Hawaii, is a poignant tribute featuring twin five-foot tall steel towers that support a plexiglass American flag. It houses a golf ball-sized piece of World Trade Center rubble and a charred fragment of the Pentagon's roof, both donated to honor the memory of those lost, including local victim Christine Snyder.

Designed by sheet metal instructor Danny Ai, the memorial was constructed using donated funds, materials, and volunteer labor. It stands alongside a three-ton piece of the Berlin Wall, serving as a lasting remembrance of the tragic events of September 11, 2001.
