I ordered a Zaxby salad from the Zaxby's on Schaumburg Road when I got it to the house five minutes away, opened it up and all the letters was just soggy. The chicken wasn't even cut into pieces....

The food is never cooked properly. The boneless wings are rubbery majority of the time, under seasoned fries. The only thing good at this location is their cheesecake bites

I ordered the tacos and it ruined my taste for the entire fast food place! It was absolutely disgusting ! Fixed poorly with no filling at all in the taco shells! The chicken did not fill the taco...
