History

I opened Yogama.co.il in 2008 in Israel. It was the most successful yoga and awareness studio in the area. In 2015 I moved to the US and opened YogamaByLiat.com.

Our business specializes in offering tailer made Yoga instruction for your needs. Liat has been practicing and teaching Yoga for more than 10 years and has a vast experience working with people in any age and physical condition. She's using different yoga styles, healing traditions to make Yoga accessible to all levels, including to women who are pregnant or struggling with infertility. She's known for her ability to interwoven the spiritual aspects into the physical practice; Thus, balancing and harmonizing body, mind and soul. At Yogama we offer intimate group classes, private classes and on-line. We also offer Meditation courses, Stand-Up-Paddle-Yoga classes and retreats and SUP-Yoga Teacher Training.
