Ordered 35 mm slides to be transfered to digital and the result was very disappointing. Very dull and lifeless colors.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced! The story is so long, still unresolved, and they act like they really do not care. I would have given 0 stars, but that's not an option.
