Xponential is currently trading under the symbol XPOI on the OTC Bulletin Board. Based in Norcross, Ga., Xponential announced that on January 6, 2006 it acquired an additional 190,000 shares of American IronHorse Motorcycle Company. Xponential also owns a warrant to purchase an additional 100,000 shares at $15 per share. Dwayne Moyers is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Xponential, and also serves as Chairman of the Board of American IronHorse. Robert Schleizer, the Company s Chief Financial Officer, previously served as Chief Financial Officer of American IronHorse from January 2004 to March 2005. Mr. Moyers and other directors and officers of Xponential own or control an additional 967,262 shares, or 17 percent of the outstanding common stock of American IronHorse.
