Woodstock High School

Woodstock High School offers various academic and extracurricular programs. Its business department offers classes in accounting, computer applications, electronic publishing, word processing and business law. The school s athletics department offers an array of sports activities, such as swimming, volleyball, track, softball, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, cross country, basketball and cheerleading. The school also offers advanced placement and honors courses in human geography, psychology, calculus, physics and biology. Additionally, the school maintains a media center that provides a range of books, periodicals, audiovisual materials and computer-based resource tools. Located in Woodstock, Ga., the school is a part of the Cherokee County School District, which operates more than 35 educational facilities.
