Horrible customer service. David Holden the "VP" is probably the rudest Vice President I've ever encountered. I DO not recommend them.

Went for the Max showing in Atlanta after being told he would happily sign a book with no purchase required. Got there and was told a canvas purchase was required. Won't be going back.
