I eat at this Wendy's about two Saturdays per year; once on the way to Hilton Head Island from Atlanta and once the way back. This is your typical 3 star Wendy's, but they get reduced to 2 stars...

Food was cold , wrong , and disgusting. The service was horrible , they barely have workers , they didn't have lettuce , and service is also slow. It took me a hour to get my food. Idk what...

Terribly long wait at 3:00 in the afternoon. Very unorganized, no idea of doing things efficiently. Waited in the drive thru line for 5 minutes and it never moved; parked and went inside--OMG....

Probably would get more service if it was closed. Waited 45 mins in line and never got my order taken, meanwhile the lady working just stared at us.

Had to wait 20 minutes for a feature sandwich in an empty restaurant because staff didn't know how to make it
