Evans Rehabilitation & Wellness is a physical therapy clinic dedicated to helping you improve your quality of life. Our Mission is to provide expert, skilled and caring services to all patients and clients. Physical therapy patients receive individual evaluations and treatment from a licensed clinical professional. Our Evans location offers a gym with a professional staff of personal trainers available Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and offers secure 24 hour access for use during non-staffed hours.
